Premier Sports Network partner with mental health & wellbeing firm, Thrive
Premier Sports Network is pleased to announce that it has agreed a new partnership with Thrive, an industry leading mental health and wellbeing firm.
Thrive mental wellbeing is the only NHS approved, independently, regulated mental health app focussed on preventing mental health conditions. Built around cCBT and other practices with at least 20 years of evidence, the app detects symptoms early, prevents mental health conditions and provides pathways for each user to allow for direct intervention at any time. Completely confidential to the user, Thrive are trusted by more than 3,500 organisations globally and the app currently supports 3.9 million people within workplaces, elite sport, internationally recognised musicians, young people and more.
Working with Premier Sports Network, Thrive will be supporting PSN's network with mental health and wellbeing through offering a range of different tools and workshops.
Jordan Rockall, Head of Partnerships at Premier Sports Network, said: "We are looking forward to welcoming Thrive as a partner and supports both clubs and athletes with protecting their mental wellbeing."
Simon Jay, Chief Commercial Officer at Thrive, said: "We're delighted to become Premier Sports Network's mental health partner and look forward to working alongside the many great organisations and clubs that form part of the network, helping them to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the sports industry today.
"It's been fantastic working alongside some of the current PSN members for the past three or four years. The focus on the mental wellbeing of athletes and staff in the industry really has become a key focus for many, and when clinically validated support is put in place on a 24/7 basis, the results for both the organisations and the individual athletes are very clear to see.
"We're excited to bring the outcomes and results we have seen over the years working with brands, associations and sponsors across the industry to other Premier Sports Network members over the coming months."
