Norwich City FC invests in the Teamworks operating system

Teamworks, the operating system for elite athletics, has announced its latest partnership with Norwich City FC, a top-tier member of English football within the Premier League.

Norwich has implemented Teamworks as their internal operating system to provide its organisation with a unified platform keeping all members, from the Academy to its first team, aware of and up-to-date on all team-related information.

Norwich’s investment in Teamworks came after the club’s search for a software solution that would improve internal processes and enhance current workflows. Teamworks was selected to serve the clubs’ goals of strengthening player care, streamlining communication, and ensuring information, through its all-in-one platform solutions.

“Our investment in Teamworks ensures that we are providing the greatest experience for our players, coaches, and supporting staff. We immediately benefit from having a high-level streamlined operation and a consistent set of resources up and down the system,” said John Iga, Head of Strategy and Innovation. “With Teamworks, we cut through the noise and allow our people to do what they do best. And as a staff, knowing that critical information is protected within the Teamworks platform gives us peace of mind and allows for all information to be located in one place.”

Norwich wanted to find harmony across the first team and Academy, coaches, internal staff, and the parents of players. Through Teamworks messaging and scheduling features, Norwich will be better able to communicate and schedule with all departments across the club more efficiently.

Norwich City FC accompanies a multitude of soccer clubs that look to Teamworks as its holistic software solution. The list of partners includes a number of English Premier League (EPL) clubs, as well as many Major League Soccer and United Soccer League (USL) teams. Organizations leveraging the Teamworks operating system for streamlined communication, have increased operational efficiencies, eliminating distractions and reduced miscommunication, enabling players and staff to focus on competing and winning.

“Norwich joins the momentum of elite teams prioritizing investment in solutions that elevate existing workflows and enhance the player experience,” said Paul Dudley, Teamworks’ Vice President of Global & Enterprise. “We’re thrilled to partner with the Canaries to support all members across its club and we look forward to growing together and deepening our relationship throughout our partnership.”
