Premier Sports Network is pleased to announce a partnership with Respondology, the leading social media comment moderation platform in supporting sports and consumer brands to eradicate hate speech and spam from social media.
Premier Sports and Respondology share a common goal of providing athletes, sports teams, and brands the best support when it comes to providing a duty of care away from the sports field.
Recent reports show that abuse on social media increased in 2022 by a staggering 240%, bots have increased by 500% and 1 in 2 young people reported having experienced online bullying before the age of 25.
The eye-watering statistics surrounding social media abuse are not only concerning for the individuals on the platforms, but also the brands who utilise social media to engage their audience and interact with fans as comments containing bots, spam and abuse reflect poorly on the company and brand values.
