FLM Renew Partnership with Premier Sports Network
PSN are delighted to announce a renewal of its partnership with FLM for the third successive year, to continue rolling out FLM’s ‘Money Coaches’ education programme for sports clubs and athletes across elite-level sport.
FLM is a partner practice of St James’s Place Wealth Management. Their team of over 40 chartered financial advisors support clients to manage their wealth effectively.
The Money Coaches are a team of specialist advisors whose goal is to provide financial advice to athletes at every stage of their career journey. Athletes often face short careers and long ‘retirements,’ which can lead to stress and uncertainty over their financial future. The Money Coaches set athletes up for success from the very start of their career, with financial education that is tailored to their unique situation.
The team produce tailored financial education programmes for Premier League and EFL academies, which encourage young players to think about their financial future from the early stages of their career. They also run 1-2-1 sessions with professional athletes at all levels across football, rugby, golf, cricket, boxing and more, to ensure they are taking control of their wealth.
David Watts, Managing Director at Premier Sports Network:
"We’re really pleased to extend our partnership with FLM. We’ve worked together with David, Ben, Gemma, and the rest of ‘The Money Coaches’ team for a few years now, as they are some of the best in the business when it comes to providing a tailored education program that really does resonate with athletes and the real-life scenarios they encounter throughout their careers, which allows athletes to truly understand, and take control of their wealth, to set themselves up for the future.”
David Blows, Senior Financial Advisor and Money Coach at FLM:
“We’re thrilled to be partnering up with Premier Sports Network for another year. They have been brilliant at promoting the work we do as the Money Coaches, and taking our proposition to more clubs and athletes to ensure they get into good habits with their money and take control of their financial future.”
